The Optimist Story
Optimist Performance was launched in 2014 with the mission to help individuals, teams and organisations reach their full potential.
Since then, many things have changed, but our mission is still the same.
At Optimist Performance, we share three fundamental beliefs:
- Everyone can achieve anything
- Organisations should be a source of learning, growth and collaboration
- Shared experiences have the power to transform
We carry these three beliefs into everything we do, making us The Eternal Optimists.
Ollie Phillips is the founder and CEO of Optimist Performance
Since retiring from professional rugby Ollie has been involved in a number of life-changing challenges.
All of these experiences have taught him valuable lessons about leadership, team-building, and managing change in adversity.
Working at PWC, he has learnt how powerful these intangibles can be in the world of business. When harnessed into values, actions and experiences these help to create a winning culture.
And that’s why he’s set up Optimist Performance – to impart that same knowledge to help other businesses, teams and individuals exceed their potential.
