Since retiring from professional rugby, Ollie has been involved in a number of life-changing challenges and has notched up 4 Guinness World Records to date. Ollie brings over 20 years of experience in sports and business to help leaders overcome change and transform their teams to achieve new levels of success.

Charlotte has a twenty-year career history as an academic and strategist, leading cultural change most recently as Head of the Women’s game at the Welsh Rugby Union, where she instigated the inaugural professional contracts for senior women’s rugby. Charlotte has a wealth of experience working across public, private and third-sector organisations. Charlotte is a self-confessed insight geek who supports companies in measuring the impact of strategic and cultural change.

VICTORIA STRACHAN
Vic Strachan is a behavioural consultant with over 20 years of experience in supporting organisations and their people exploring, experiencing and above all, practicing communication and behavioural insights which transform conversation, connection and performance.
Vic gained insight into the psychology and behaviour of high performing teams from her early student days. She was part of the 2001 University Challenge winner team [Somerville college, Oxford] which became the unwittingly inspiration for David Nicholls book ‘Starter for Ten’. Initially working as an editorial journalist for Harpers & Queen, a life changing interview with Deepak Chopra led her to realise she didn’t just want to write about people’s life stories, she wanted to tell them and she made a life-changing decision to retrain as a professional actor. Vic worked in theatre and television for over 15 years before transitioning to her work as a behavioural and communications consultant. She remains a leading voiceover artist in animation providing regular work for DreamWorks, Netflix and Sky.

SOPHIE STORM ROBERTS
Sophie Storm Roberts is an adventure athlete, TEDx speaker, and transformative mindset coach on a mission to ignite human potential. After building and leading the sales team that turned a startup into the UK’s fastest-growing company and ‘Best Place to Work,’ she walked away from conventional success to write her own story.
With no athletic background, Sophie became a record-breaking adventure athlete; the only person in history to climb the highest mountains in all eight Alpine countries and cycle between them in just 32 days. Her endurance feats include Ironman triathlons, cycling across the USA, 24-hour Tough Mudder, and leading 1,000+ people from London to Paris in 24 hours.
She is also the founder of TrailBlazers, a non-profit empowering teenage girls through adventure and mindset training, and is a keynote speaker for TED, Harvard, and Fortune 500 companies, known for her high-energy talks on courage, confidence, and peak performance.

Jim Steele
Jim Steele is a professional speaker and coach specializing in the design and delivery of programs and strategies to drive high performance.
He has worked with hundreds of organizations throughout Europe, the United States, and Asia and consistently demonstrates his ability to inspire the mindset and behaviours needed by those leading and managing the business as well as interventions to engage teams and drive new ways of working.

Mia Eisenstadt, PhD is a psychologist and researcher specialising in adolescent mental health, parenting, and digital wellbeing. With a background in medical anthropology and child mental health, she works at the intersection of research, innovation, and real-world impact.
Mia is also the founder of fatherli, a platform supporting fathers’ mental health and stronger family relationships.
