Victoria Strachan
Vic Strachan is a behavioural consultant with over 20 years of experience in supporting organisations and their people exploring, experiencing and above all, practicing communication and behavioural insights which transform conversation, connection and performance.
Vic gained insight into the psychology and behaviour of high performing teams from her early student days. She was part of the 2001 University Challenge winner team [Somerville college, Oxford] which became the unwittingly inspiration for David Nicholls book ‘Starter for Ten’. Initially working as an editorial journalist for Harpers & Queen, a life changing interview with Deepak Chopra led her to realise she didn’t just want to write about people’s life stories, she wanted to tell them and she made a life-changing decision to retrain as a professional actor. Vic worked in theatre and television for over 15 years before transitioning to her work as a behavioural and communications consultant. She remains a leading voiceover artist in animation providing regular work for DreamWorks, Netflix and Sky.
